[SOLVED]Update restored xine... Sort of.

When I upgraded to Hardy last saturday sound didn't work at all with .24 kernel.
Today's update seems to restore it, but it's so quiet I thought it still doesn't work at first. (about 3 times quieter than with .22-14 kernel ) Since I use unamplified headphones, this is real pain. Any way to fix it?

Soundcard is builtin Intel (945GCT chipset).

have you look at kmix and the level of the outlets ?

Getting lazy... I did everything the first time and assumed its more kernel now.
