left hand mouse not working

    left hand mouse not working

    I tried to swap mouse buttons in system settings - mouse.
    I can check the box for left- hand buttons, but the mouse buttons are not swapping.

    Try it using kcontrol instead. Alt+F2 and type kcontrol then click on Peripherals and Mouse
    Windows no longer obstruct my view.

      thanks for the tip.
      The kcontrol menu is empty except of Network, which is empty also.
      All the setup tools are under "not assigned" in the start menu.
      Mouse / keyboard setup is missing, looks like it needs to be installed.
      Do you know what to install to get the setup menu?

        Hi everybody. Happy New Year. I also have this problem, and I just installed Kubuntu Hardy just last night. I'm a lefty. The tip about Kcontrol brings up an empty Kcontrol. I would be interested in solving this, maybe another lefty forum member can reply , or send me a private message. Thanks. 8)
