The icons in my system tray seem to stutter when apps close. To put it another way, as the tray gets smaller the icons on the right end of tray are doubled. If I grab the tray handle and drag it back and forth the icons disappear. Also, when I am scrolling through web pages using mouse wheel the last lines on the page will repeat several times. Any clues?

The CODE tag displays all content as plain text, including the formatting tags, making it difficult to read.
