    nfs & dolphin/konqueror

    I upgraded all packages suggested by adept.
    After that I could not read my nfs share in KDE. It worked perfect before.
    When I start Dolphin it works fine until I click at the share.
    In the terminal I see

    kio (KMimeType): WARNING: KServiceType:ffers : servicetype trash not found
    kio (KMimeType): WARNING: KServiceType:ffers : servicetype trash not found
    kio (KMimeType): WARNING: KServiceType:ffers : servicetype system not found
    kio (KMimeType): WARNING: KServiceType:ffers : servicetype system not found
    ASSERT: "m_pendingMimetypeInfos.count() == 1" in /build/buildd/kdelibs-3.5.8/./kio/kio/kfilemetainfo.cpp (975)
    ASSERT: "!name.isEmpty()" in /build/buildd/kdelibs-3.5.8/./kio/kio/kdirlister.cpp (969

    and then dolphin hangs.
    I have portmap installed.rpcinfo -p gives

    100000 2 tcp 111 portmapper
    100000 2 udp 111 portmapper
    100021 1 tcp 40191 nlockmgr
    100021 3 tcp 40191 nlockmgr
    100021 4 tcp 40191 nlockmgr

    Mounting in a terminal works but is really slow.
    can somebody help me please. thx

    Re: nfs & dolphin/konqueror

    solved it
    the mount was twice in my fstab
    AND
    turns out it had also to do with the settings of my wireless connection in combination with a poor reception
