Running Gutsy Gibbon on a dual boot WinXP machine. In the KDE desktop on 7.10 this site http://www.bbbrown.com/solar/index.php does display using Firefox. It does not display with Konqueror either. Yet, it does display fine on the WinXP boot using IE, Firefox, and Safari. Any ideas?

Re: Web Site Does Not Display
Just tried every Browser Identification in Konqueror on that site. None display anythin except the scrolling clouds at the top of the screen.
You should contact the maintainer of the site and complain about it not being compatible with Linux.Windows no longer obstruct my view.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.

Re: Web Site Does Not Display
Thanks for trying that. I am the maintainer of the site. LOL. That is why I am trying to figure out why it does not display using Linux. It works on Macs, PCs, Iphone, etc. But, not on anything using Linux as the OS. I am puzzled. The only part that does display are the animated clouds and that is Flash.Originally posted by SnowhogJust tried every Browser Identification in Konqueror on that site. Re: Web Site Does Not Display
I don't think so because the clouds you see are the only flash component on the site. Also, individual charts will display with their specific URL For example look at:Originally posted by NateIt seems to be a flash site...so could that be the culprit?

I think that W3C might just be for HTML but I will certainly give it a shot.Originally posted by SnowhogHave you validated your code? W3C Markup Validation Service

That is interesting. Especially the second set of messages. Thanks for doing that and reporting the errors.Originally posted by SnowhogRunning your web site url through The W3C CSS Validation Service reports 3 errors:
