Get rid of KDE 4

I installed KDE 4 from the backports repo, took a quick look at it, and decided I'd wait until hardy before testing it further. Now how do I get rid of everything KDE4 related? (I need the disk space, and I'm paranoid of it breaking my KDE3). Reinstalling isn't an option.

Uninstall the packages you installed?
The dpkg log is at /var/log/dpkg.log, so you can see which packages you installed recently...

or, if you use synaptic you can just go to File --> History.

If you remove the (meta)package(s) you installed kde4 with, the packages installed as dependencies will be marked as autoremovable dependencies, after which they can all be easily removed with 'sudo apt-get autoremove' or with Synaptic (Adept doesn't have the autoremove feature)

Good idea from kubicle. I'd already decided to simply go into adept, search for kde4, and remove anything with that in the name. This seems to have additionally removed a load of dev libraries.
