Desktop/Icon Effect? [SOLVED]

i remember when testing feisty that a new feature was introduced. it was upon clicking icons they would "jump out" at you and it was kind of animated. i formatted and reinstalled with gutsy to test it out, and apparently that option is not enabled by default any more. (or i disabled it without realizing it). i can not find out how to re-enable it. can someone tell me how?

btw, i realized that i still have this effect as su....if that helps...

i finally figured this out, by accident actually.

to re-enable the effect that i disabled (i didn't realize thats what it did), i had to check "Visual Feedback on Activation" on the mouse module of kcontrol/system settings.
