    Ndiswrapper/ netgear wg311v3...what am i doing wrong ?

I just updated to 7.10 from Ubuntu 6.10 and trying to get my netgear wifi pci card to work. I have ndiswrapper installed and i have the windoze xp .sys and .inf files in a folder in my home folder. In the terminal i enter - ndiswrapper-i /home/username/wireless(name of folder)/wg311v3.inf
message i get is file not found, i have searched and read but nothing really makes sense - yes i'm a noob !

It would be easier to change directory (cd) to the folder with the file you are trying to install. There is a chance that a typo in the directory exists. Additionally, linux files/directories are case sensitive.
