Can't copy files to USB disk drive

It seems that that i cannot copy files with GREEK filename to an external USB drive. Is there a tweaking for the fonts so as to copy files with greek filename (for example μουσική.mp3)

I am only going to take a guess here... what file system does the USB drive have? Does anyone know if FAT32 or FAT16 have any character limitations?

I'll bet that's the problem. Maybe better format that USB drive as NTFS to get long filenames.
