Does this only happen when you reboot, and not when you log out and log back in?
I think it might be a saved desktop session. I would check the settings in System Settings Session Manager. It may be set to save your last desktop session, and one of the open programs that was running was run with admin privileges (kdesudo - the replacement for kdesu). If it is set to save the last session, set it to not save, then log out/log in and see if that was the problem.

Claydoh, You were Right.........The Session Manager was set to Save last Session.

Thank You Very Much.........I told it NOT to save & Bingo.........Error message Gone.

          Thanks so much
