Keyboard doesn't work

In the Bios its works but in the desktop not.
Keyboard is ps2, also not working in konsole.

Reboot your PC and enter the BIOS. Look for a setting for "USB Legacy support" or similar. If it's enabled, disable it, save the BIOS settings and continue to boot.
