    Mounting an existing raid0

Ok, on my PC i have 2 sata 80gb in raid0 with winXP and 1 EIDE 160gb with linux kubuntu 7.10 GG.
XP is partitioned in C: and D: but it seems like i can only see the C: partition, one HD is recognised (sdb) and the other NO (sda).
How to have full access to the correct raid0 array?

    Thanks
    R

Is that RAID using a motherboard raid chip, like Silicon Image or Marvell? Those guys (mostly) don't write drivers for Linux, so your Linux OS does not recognize the RAID array -- apparently it's picking up the first hard drive from BIOS and that's it.

If you search Ubuntu Forum and/or use the fine services of Mr. Google, you can learn about setting up RAID arrays for your Kubuntu Linux system -- I haven't done it myself but I believe that "dmraid" and "mdadmin" are terms of art that you will want to brush up on. Sorry I can't be more helpful -- it's not a hugely popular setup for desktop Linux systems.
