I recently moved from SUSE to kubuntu feisty 64bit and I shall say that I'm very pleased, at least, regarding package management.
Anyway, I'm facing a problem that will force me use kubuntu 32bit or SUSE again, if not solved.
I'm a openDX 4.4.0 user and, after installing, everything works fine except the Visual Program Editor(VPE). The editor is corrupted in a way that the main window just shows me a long thin tag and isn't possible to work in it. I wouldn't pay attemption if the VPE wasn't one of the critical tools of this software.
As far as I know, this issue regards only 64bit versions of either kubuntu/ubuntu edgy and feisty fawn.
In 32bit systems there is no problem. In SUSE 64bit openDX 4.4.0 also works fine.
