How to share internet connetcion in kubuntu?

I want to share my internet connection with another PC, (in windows i used internet connection sharing, and something like that in mandriva), Pc's are connected by network cards.
(configuration of 2 pc gateway 192.168.0.1, and ip 192.168.0.3)
