I just put together a PC with a MSI P6NGM-FD and a PVR-500 MCE. Everything works fine (minus sound but thats a different problem) except the video jumps a little every 2 or 3 seconds. Some MB manufacturers don't have good quality. I had a problem with a Gigabyte MB where it was interfering with sound making it poor quality. Could something like this be causing it?
