    Keyboard repeat rate lost on KDE start

    Every time KDE starts, it seems to lose its keyboard repeat frequency settings and I have to set them again with KControl, or keys really go damn slow...
    The control module, anyway, shows the right value.

    Does anybody know why this happens?
