multiple desktops, quick question.

is there a multi desktop setting which stops programs from showing in all desktops taskbar

for example if i have firefox running in desktop 1 then switch to desktop 2 firefox appears on the task bar of desktop 2

If you right-click on your taskbar, then select configure panel, click on Taskbar. uncheck the first item
"Show windows from all desktops"
