Ktorrent Plugins

Is there a site with stable ktorrent plugins? I only find SVNs on ktorrent; I'm specifically looking for a speed limit scheduler and a rss downloaded (like in utorrent)

I don't know which versions use them, but ktorrent for me has always had a decent set of plugins already built in, a scheduler is there, but I don't think there is one for rss feeds yet, but it looks like there may be one in future versions
