I would like to add the installation DVD to the list of repositories; however, in adept, I do not see a button for such a task. I am reasonably comfortable with the command line and can implement instructions that way as well.
On a related note, one item I've noticed that is missing from the Kubuntu DVD is the upgrade option. This could be because I inadvertently overlooked it. I became really used to this feature when I used Mandriva. If I have overlooked it, would someone be so kind as to point out where it might be?
