it wont start anymore I tried to add universe and multiverse repositories to it and then is quit opening ... i even restarting my computer.

Well I'm no expert but I'd try opeing a terminal and entering:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get check
Beyond that you might find some other things to try by entering
sudo apt-get --help
