    mp3 encoder missing

When I use whatever ripper to encode to MP3, I keep getting this message, with the suggestion that I check the path to the encoder.
I have no idea what the answer is...anyone help please?
    thanks

      Re: mp3 encoder missing

lame is the mp3 encoder that your ripper is looking for, so you will need to install that.

you will have to enable universe/multiverse to assist in this:
