    Flash support

Quite simple...all I'd really like to do is play movies from Youtube. I tried this tutorials:

    http://linuxfordummies.org/index.php?topic=633

However Konqueror konks out after searching for plugins for 5% when using the 32-bit nsplugin libs. Besides the 32-bit chroot, is there anything else I could try?

Well at the moment I have roughly the same objectives as you have, and I know something you can try. I don't guarantee that it works though, as my results so far are promising yet noe satisfactory.
I don't know if you read my flash9 and 64 bit ubuntu thread, it contains a pretty detailed descriptiion of both the steps I took and the results so far.
