Flashplayer plugg-in not for 64 bit

    Hello!

I installed Kubuntu 6.06 64 bit and installed Firefox as my dafault web browser, but when I try to install flash player 7 for Linux as is indicated

"- Uncompress install_flash_player_7_linux.tar.gz. A directory called install_flash_player_7_linux is created. Navigate to this directory.
    - From the command line, type ./flashplayer-installer to run the installer. The installer will instruct you to shut down your browser(s)."

    I obtain the follow message:

ERROR: Your architecture, \'x86_64\', is not supported by the
    Macromedia Flash Player installer.

    Any help is good

    Thanks in advance
    Aldo

Unfortunately, there is little to help you with. Adobe/Macromedia simply don't publish 64-bit versions of their flash plugin.
