SpeedTouch 330, Rev 4 USB ADSL modem

Has anyone succeeded in connecting Kubuntu 6.06 to the net using this modem? I’ve been using Kubuntu 5.10 (‘Breezy Badger’) successfully with it, setting it up using ‘The Linux Kernel SpeedTouch Driver And Ubuntu’ procedure, but cannot get this to work with 6.06.

Hi my name is police512, and i am also having trouble with my speedtouch adsl modem, i tried the things that you have to install to linux on ubuntu and that workds 10000% but it doesent work for kubuntu, and i prefer kubuntu to ubuntu.
