pppd troubles

Hello: At first time sorry because my English its soso.-After any time I can to config.
my serial modem.Well after it my Internet server refuse by lack of secret password.
Reed a man, I think that perhaps the authentication trouble solve if I install:srp-entry, but I dont how do it. If any can help me , thanks and gratefull.-

Are you using a VPN? Maybe a dialup connection?

srp-entry is not a normal item for the standard ISP dialup connection.

Please indicate what your error message is from your Internet Service Provider.
