Hello,

I just install Kubuntu 6.06 and everything went fine except the error message "The process for the media protocol died unexpectedly" that I get after every boot/reboot. How can I investigate what the problem is

If I remember well, you should try to apply all patches and even upgrade to kde355. Look here on how to do :
