Amarok - how install?

How install Amarok on 19.10?

You can't, as it is KDE 4/Qt4 application, and Debian and Ubuntu have recently removed the last of these old and unsupported things, which hit their End of Life in ~2015.
Unfortunately, Amarok's Plasma 5 version is far from being usable (if ever), and I am not aware of any packages for it at the moment.
