    Ultra-basic window/app placement

Way back in the 90s, Windows 3.11 was smart enough to know where a user put a window, and to leave it there until the user moved it.

So when can we expect the same absurdly basic function from Kubuntu? At what point will Kubuntu catch up with Windows for Workgroups in terms of the most basic UI expectations?

You kinda have to go and bug the Plasma folks about it.

fwiw, mine seem to remember their positions fine, except for maybe a stray non_KDE program.
