kded5 kwallet

Installed Kubuntu 19.04 x64 Disco Dingo. When logging out of my VPN,
a window appears stating KDED5 wants a password for Kwallet.

Installed Neon-user 20190502 and have the same problem.

I suspect KDED5 wants the Kwallet password to run Discover to check for updates.
How do I stop KDED5 from performing this ?

Myself I hate Kwallet and have always disabled it on all of my KDE editions. I just open Kwallet manager from settings under account details. Just uncheck enable Kwallet. The problem will go away.
