I just dual booted Kubuntu 18.10 on my Windows 10 laptop Dell XPS 15, and when I'm trying to connect my laptop to bluetooth mouse and keyboard, it doesn't work, I also tried different devices but it doesn't work for them too. Is it because Dell XPS 15 doesn't have inner installed bluetooth adaptor?

Probably the bluetooth adapter has poor linux support.
The XPS 15 is a popular model, but it looks like it could have any variety of BT cards in it.
Lets see what kind it is.
