[PLASMA 5] Time displayed incorrectly on clock widgets

The system time and time-zone, as is output by the date command is correct, but none of the Plasma clock widgets display it correctly. The digital clock time is 2 hours behind, while the analog clock time is 2 hours behind. Seems like a bug to me, has anyone else encountered this issue?

I can kinda get around it by setting the digital clock time zone to UTC+2, but it would be better if it were fixed.

That's pretty weird! Does the time zone in System Settings->Regional Settings->Date and Time match the time zone in widget's Configure Digital Clock->Time Zones?
