Looking for PDF Editor

Anyone recommend a PDF editor?
Mostly just filling in the blanks and saving.

Sometimes, but not always, Libreiffice can be useful for this.
Chrome's PDF viewer can do this, if the form was specifically made to be filled in.

For filling in forms I use https://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf-reader/. You can install an image of your signature so that signing the form is a simple drag and place.
