Current 18.04.3 Kubuntu - Firefox Internet Browser - WebGL Very Slow?

Hi,

WebGL is very slow on current Kubuntu 18.04.3 LTS 64Bit and current Firefox browser?
WebGL is fine on current Chrome browser.
Did some Googling but still have above problem.
Any ideas?

Yep the new unasked for FF update is slower.
