Konsole in 18.04 doesn't display bold text?

    With
    Code:
    echo -e "\\033[0;1;38;5;214;48;5;95mhello world\\033[0m"
"hello world" doesn't appear bold in Konsole 17.12.3 but it appears bold in other terminals available for 18.04: gnome-terminal, lxterminal, qterminal, and terminator.

(Konsole shows bold text just fine in 19.04.)

Is there some setting I could change to get Konsole 17.12.3 in Kubuntu 18.04 to show bold text?
    Kubuntu 20.04

No idea, but it displays orange on brown (bleargh ;·) on konsole 19.11.70
This is neon unstable, based on 18.04, so maybe you can upgrade it...

No, as the code was broken until 19.04.

I'm really not interested in neon unstable because it doesn't use the version of konsole in 18.04.

I hope someone on Kubuntu 18.04 with konsole 17.12.3 can check if they can get fonts to appear bold.
