MODSIGN Couldn't get UEFI db list ? Unable To Boot After Recent Kernel Update ?

    Hi,

    Running Kubuntu 18.04.3 LTS 64Bit.
    The Kernel just updated.
Problem now is Kubuntu won't boot anymore?
It dumps me into a recovery console on booting?

If I use the older Kernel I get the following error message:
"MODSIGN: Couldn't get UEFI db list" ?
(but am able to boot into a desktop)

Any ideas on how to fix the above issue?
Everything was 100% perfect before Kernel update just now...
    Thanks!

    Jesse

    Just a note:
My motherboard supports UEFI, but it's disabled in the BIOS.

Everything was fine until this recent Kernel update...

Below is what I see after booting with new Kernel:

    Hi Again,

I used "Muon Package Manager" to purge newest 5.0.0-29-generic Linux Kernel.
I then updated grub and then rebooted.
System boots normally now into a desktop with older 5.0.0-27-generic Linux Kernel.

Only issue is I only have one Linux Kernel in Grub.
I tried to reinstall 5.0.0-29-generic Linux Kernel using "Muon Package Manager"
but upon reboot it boots to a black screen with a large cursor?
    (have an nVidia graphics card)

How would I reinstall newer 5.0.0-29-generic Linux Kernel?
Would like to have two working Linux Kernels in Grub.
    Let me know, thanks!

    Jesse
