In the taskbar, I can't rearrange the placement of open windows by dragging them like I could before. I still get the closed hand cursor and it looks like it should work but when I drop the selection, it doesn't move. Has this feature changed or is it broken? I'm up to date and all themes are still at default.

I do not think this is specific to this beta; check the "task manager settings", "sorting" should be set to "manually" to enable shuffling the icons -
