Daily 3-31 - Installer Crashes On Encrypt Home?

    Hi,

    I downloaded Kubuntu 18.04 64Bit LTS daily ISO today(3-31-2018).
I put the ISO on a USB flash drive and booted into the installer.
When installing the installer crashes when it attempts to encrypt home directory?
Is there a work-around for the above crash?
    (I can't install Kubuntu)

    Thanks!

Install normally; encrypt desired partitions afterwards?

      Hi,

During the install I selected encrypted LVM option in partition screen.
If I do the above then is encrypting the home directory necessary?
      Thanks!

I've never used encryption; no need for it. But over the years I've been using Kubuntu, I've see/read all manner of posts concerning problems trying to encrypt partitions during installation. I see no need to do so, when one can encrypt after the installation has been completed normally. Just my .
