[SOLVED] Volume not work in the keyboard

Hi
I have the Microsoft wireless keyboard 800. Work good but the keys "volume" and +/- not work. When i see the movie in VLC yes the keys work correctly, But in the sistem not work the keys Volume +/- and silence key

i reinstalled Kubuntu and now work.
