I need a complexe StartUpCommand to start before the KDE desktop appears alt. at the time it appears.

Yes, of course it's possible (several ways to do this).

The simplest way would be to write a bash script with the command(s) that you want to execute, save the file and make it executable. Then go into System Settings, Startup and Shutdown and click on the "Add Script" button to point to your script file.
