Can't Boot Kernel 4.13.0.-26

The title says it all. It never gets to the log-in screen. I'm using 16.04 and in order to boot up, I have to use an earlier kernel.

You're using 16.04, so you can drop back to the 4.4.0 series which is still being updated. But it is your choice.

There was a new kernel released that I updated with since I posted this. 16.04 boots fine with that new kernel.
