I let discover update yesterday and today I find that Grub II can't boot the system. I managed to install boot-repair and ran it. It claimed that the system is now fixed. When I rebooted it went back to rescue mode. When I ran grub-repair it made a pastbin log in case it didn't work: http
ast2.org Could someone that knows something about grub II please take a look. Maybe the default settings are no good for BTRFS?
I am beginning to wounder If any update that deals with UEFI should not be install on this computer as it has no UEFI. I am guessing that is what breaks it. Maybe modprobe or something is reporting the wrong information and its getting the wrong updates. That is just a guess.
The url dosn't seem to work. Maybe the program needs to be updated. I think paste bin is switching to https if they haven't already.

Just to remind users and devs that Ubuntu and its flavors have a long way to go to be as usr friendly as they should be.
