Distorted graphics Kubuntu 16.04 64 bit

Hi all,

anyone have an idea what is causing the distortion on my laptop with Intel GPU?. It only happens on my laptop (LibreOffice only!) and not on my tower PC with Nvidia GPU.

I have installed the Kubuntu backports PPA and the system is fully up-to-date:
