OpenVPN Configuration on Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS

All of the guides I've studied have me creating the 'easy-rsa' template directory to my home directory with 'make-cadir' command. Maybe that's the way to do it, but I intend to have several people access the server via ovpn. It seems that if the Certificate Authority directory is in my home directory, only I will be able to access it. Am I missing something because all the guides direct the same operation?

Perhaps I didn't put my issue in the form of a question. Hmmm

Can you provide the URL to the guide you are attempting to follow?
