It went okay and i rebooted and it started up fine.

Edit: It is also saying this..

    tweak@AmigaBuntu:~$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
    Reading package lists... Done
    Building dependency tree
    Reading state information... Done
    Calculating upgrade... Done
The following packages have been kept back:
    plasma-workspace-wallpapers
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.

So I forced it to install, and all seems well. Thanks!

    caution is always prudent .

the only thing of note you will be missing is knsnapshot ,,,,,,,,but I would think it should reinstall ,,,,one of it's dependencies IS libkipi11.

I was more interested in Gwenview so now I can't (re) install either kipi, digikam or showfoto.

This problem has been around for about a week now.

I believe I read somewhere that Gwenview doesn't have a maintainer which would suuck as it's a key component of KDE.
