Kwallet message after update

I updated from 15.04 to 15.10 and during and after boot I get this message:

Configuration file "//.config/kwalletd5rc" not writable.
Please contact your system administrator. 

I 'used' Kwallet with a blank password so it's no big deal but heh...

Known bug. Harmless, though annoying.

it has disappeared for me recently, but not sure why.
