Kunner has crased then plasmoid crashed!

I was running Steam for Linux. It stopped responding to mouse clicks but the cursor would move and the links caused the expected button shadow effect or hand icon that you would expect, but it does nothing when you click. I right clicked Steams button in the Klipper and selected close. It worked but it left some words on the desktop. I right clicked on the desktop but there is no clear screen command. I went to Kmenu and selected logout. After it finished re-logging me and before I did anything Krunner crashed! There is no site for reporting Krunner crashes and debugging symbols are not available.

Here is a copy of the error message:
    Code:
Executable: krunner PID: 3267 Signal: Segmentation fault (11) Time: 9/26/15 11:08:17
No other programs were running at the time except for the usual damons and such.

    Edit:

I discovered that If I ran a debugger then closed the debugger the clicked reload then it generated the following crash report. It may not be useful since the debug symbols could not be found. I figured I'd post it just in case it is useful to some one.

    Code:
Application: krunner (krunner), signal: Segmentation fault

Just to remind users and devs that Ubuntu and its flavors have a long way to go to be as usr friendly as they should be.
