Wine installs in menu system under "Lost & Found"

I dimly recall other Kubuntu releases putting it elsewhere (was it under "Emulators?), and with some items under a sub-menu.

    In 14.04 it's a top level menu - All Applications > Wine

Which version do you have, from which package?
I installed wine which pulls in wine1.6
I'd rather be locked out than locked in.

I believe this only occurs with Plasma 5 on Kubuntu 15.04.

In my opinion KDE5 is missing so many features that I consider it at this point in time, a downgrade from the most stable release of KDE4.

This has zero to do with plasma 5, per se, and more to do with how debian/ubuntu handle merging menu structures

        https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...p/+bug/1460784
Add your "does this affect you?" to this, as it has very low numbers -- ie no one is reporting it, so it is less likely to be noticed

If one digs only a little bit, one will find that has happened before in KDE 4, as well.

It could also be a mis-configured Wine package (missing or incorrect Category entry), but this is not very likely. Kubuntu probably have to patch something in plasma5 to get it to see the Ubuntu menu structure for this properly.
