Any Idea how to install quicklaunch on the taskbar?

Do you mean: right click application on taskbar, select "show a launcher when not running"?

It seems Quicklaunch has not (yet) been ported to Plasma5.
It used to be my main access to files and hope it'll become available soon.

In the mean time and as a partial solution I've put a regular Dolphin launcher on the taskbar and assigned the global shorcut META+D.
