Can't change time zone via clock

After arriving in Alaska I noticed it's not possible to change the time zone via the clock.
Clicking on the Apply button has no effect.

Doing the same via System Settings works as should.

Anyway, it's a nice day up here

Try System Settings>Personlisation>Reginal Settings.
