Breeze not applied in Dolphin it seems

I do have my settigns on Breeze but Oxygen style is appearing. Think a recent update caused this.

this is correct..........I am on "breeze dark" ........but the breeze folder icons are vary similar to oxygen’s

Dolphin doesn't use kf5/qt5 yet (maybe it will in the kde apps 15.08. release), so it still uses whichever theme you have set for kde4/qt4...there is a breeze "lookalike" theme for kde4/qt4 available 'kde-style-breeze-qt4'

I'm pretty sure it was installed on my system for a while then. Afterwards disappeared. I see i already have "kde-style-breeze-qt4" installed.

But is it set as the gui style for qt4 apps?

Install package "qt4-qtconfig" (if not installed), run qtconfig-qt4 and set GUI style to "breeze"
